Billing Policy
Singles Escape UK provides both free and premium subscription services. By upgrading your account, you agree to the following terms regarding payments and renewals.

- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by you.
- You can cancel at any time via your account settings.
- We use secure, encrypted payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).
1. Subscription Renewals
To ensure uninterrupted service, all premium subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made once the cancellation is processed.
3. Refunds
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to request a refund, provided you have not started using the premium features (e.g., sending messages or viewing hidden profiles). Once the service has been utilized, refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of technical error on our part.
4. Payment Failures
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to re-process the charge over a 7-day period. If payment is not successful, premium features will be suspended until your billing information is updated.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes agreement to the new price.
